- Neck: The easiest way is to find a business shirt that fits you well, and measure the collar. Lay the collar flat, starting at behind the button, measure the length to the center of the button hole.
- Chest: With your arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest and under arms.
- Sleeve Length: With your arms relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from the center back of your neck, over the point of your shoulder, and down the outside of your arm to your wrist.
